As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pennington, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and/or deliveries according to site protocols and posted instructions.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports on incidents, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or other security-related matters observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
