As one of the top leaders in the remodeling industry, Durante Home Exteriors, is growing! We are currently looking to expand our production department with qualified individuals.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule and manage construction crews, tradesmen, and laborers, including direct field supervision
• Coordinate required permits, inspections with local jurisdictions to meet applicable code requirements
• Perform site checks (verification of specifications) for various projects
• Basic computer skills, including: Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ensure schedules and timelines are met within contract obligations while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure all project resources are available when needed (material, supplies, labor, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of window/door installation and/or window/door installation w/ project management experience needed
• Ability to coordinate the duties of others, manage own time, personnel, and resources
• Ability to plan and manage jobs
• Residential construction knowledge including framing, substrates, and exterior facades (brick, siding, etc.)
• Knowledge and use of construction equipment and tools
• Effective interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, and team building skills
• Proficient in typing and must have computer skills/knowledge
• History of excellent attendance record, punctuality, dependability, and initiative
• Maintain a current insurable driver’s license
