EVENT STAFF
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Event Staff for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the fan experience by greeting them with a smile and welcoming them to local concerts.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Hours and shifts will vary.

Event Staff Duties and Responsibilities
• Scan tickets and verify credentials for venue access.
• Assist with event admission by scanning tickets and UA student ACT Cards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests.
• Greet each guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting (e.g., "Welcome to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium") as they enter your section, verify ticket location, and assist with any seating issues.
• Assist with general facility wayfinding and directions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Even t Staff Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be available on gameday Saturdays, typical shifts run 5-7 hours.
• Must have a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
• Team player and a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and must be comfortable working outside in all-weather conditions).
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
