Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Help students develop their speech and language skills as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a K-12 school setting located in Pell City, AL. This position is contracted for the 20252026 school year and focuses on supporting diverse learners to achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency impairments
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with district and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and support coordinated educational planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Alabama SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows will receive mentorship and support
• SLPA applicants must hold current Alabama licensure
• A genuine passion for working with school-aged children and helping them succeed
