Three Folds Care Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Care Professionals to provide support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in Montgomery, AL and the surrounding areas. Candidate must be dedicated, professional, compassionate, and demonstrate patience for working with emotionally fragile individuals. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation and some experience working with people with disabilities, possess a valid driver's license; High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and be willing to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Direct Support Professional(s)

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of our people served and ensure an environment which enables the individuals served to reach the highest physical, mental, and social potential. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation and some experience working with individuals with disabilities, possess a valid driver's license; High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and be willing to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. We are offering in-person interviews on Tuesday & Wednesday. Open interview hours: 9am- 11:30am ~ 1pm- 3:30pm

• Assists residents in maintaining a clean, safe, positive, and appropriate homelike atmosphere that allows dignity
• Promotes and ensures an environment which enables individuals served to reach the highest physical, mental, and social potential
• Assists and instructs person-served with food preparation, laundry, cleaning, personal hygiene, leisure activities, and all other aspects of daily living
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities

Qualifications:

• Driver License or ID
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
• High school diploma or highest education degree
• 1 or more years of experience
• Clean Background
• Able to pass a Drug Test
• Compassionate and caring
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The agency will aid in the development of a variety of formal and informal learning opportunities based on the desired outcomes of the individual.
