We are seeking dependable and caring individuals who have a passion for helping others. Position: Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas Responsibilities: • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed • Perform light housekeeping duties • Provide medication reminders • Assist with mobility and transfers • Transport clients to appointments and errands if required • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment • Document care provided and communicate concerns appropriately Qualifications: • Previous caregiving, PCA, home care, or CNA experience preferred • Compassionate, patient, and dependable • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable transportation required • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (if driving is required) • Ability to pass a background check • CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required Why Join Hearts of Angels Home Care? • Competitive pay based on experience • Flexible scheduling • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact • Growth opportunities within our agency If you have a heart for caregiving and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!
