Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production and warehouse operations, supporting the team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Woodstock, AL

Pay Range: Pay Rate Min: $16.00/hour

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform rework of finished goods as directed
• Manually fill and seal finished goods bags
• Manually case pack bags and hand palletize cases or bags
• Assist with yard cleanup and general housekeeping duties
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and use required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, safety boots, and gloves

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform simple math calculations
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust)
• Ability to follow safety practices and wear required PPE at all times
• No prior experience required
