OCL requires an experienced, dynamic (when necessary), and skilled litigation attorney who can successfully and competently handle a multifaceted and varied caseload, be capable of getting the job done autonomously and collaboratively, deal with groundbreaking legal quandaries, display enthusiasm for brilliance, personal and team growth, and deliver the highest quality of service and timely results for patrons.

Outside Chief Legal LLC (OCL) offers its clients an extensive selection of legal services and practices. For many clients, we effectively function as their chief legal executive and legal branch, blending creative legal solutions with complementary business strategies to protect and promote their company and its holders. For others, we offer a hand to in-house counsel and legal teams where we can present value and expertise. We are mediators, strategic thinkers, risk supervisors, expenditure managers, and, more than anything, a consistent voice of reason advocating for the patron's best interests at all times.

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in civil litigation in a noteworthy organization. The candidate must have superb writing and communication abilities, exceptional analytical capacities, and a proven record of triumph.

$150,000 - $200,000+ yearly

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of each case.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal solutions that align with their business goals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay abreast of legal trends and changes, integrating new insights into practice to enhance client service delivery.

• Experience in civil litigation with a minimum of five years in a reputable organization.
