$40,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies that align with our company's mission and enhance tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve property issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
• Prepare and manage budgets for each property, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, with a focus on enhancing tenant satisfaction and maintaining property standards.
• Ability to develop and implement effective property management strategies that align with company goals.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial resources efficiently to meet property financial goals.
• Strong communication skills to cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their needs promptly.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve property issues quickly, minimizing tenant disruption.
• Experience in conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify improvement areas.
• Proficiency in negotiating and managing vendor contracts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly service delivery.
