Job Title: Lab Technician – Analytical, Biological, and Performance Testing

Position reports to: HSE Regulatory Manager

FLSA Status: Full-time; Non-Exempt

As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives by conducting a variety of analytical, biological, and performance tests. Key Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate and timely analytical, biological, and performance testing on a diverse range of samples.

· Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy.

· Follow established laboratory procedures and protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

· Analyze and interpret test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to teams and project leads.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support ongoing research projects and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies.

· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.

· Continuously seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is required.

· Prior experience with synthesis (organic/inorganic) is preferred.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting is preferred, with a focus on analytical, biological, or performance testing in an industrial R&D setting

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to analyze, compile, organize, and present data.

· Proficiency in standard laboratory software and computer applications.

· A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
