Overview
The Brand Manager will oversee and expand the personal and professional brand presence of Dr. Caleb Masterson across all platforms. This role blends creativity, organization, and strategic insight to drive consistent growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, project manager, and brand strategist who can turn ideas into well-executed content and partnerships.
Note: This position will be hybrid once training is complete, allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that reflects Dr. Masterson’s mission, values, and personality across all digital and in-person touchpoints.
- Identify new opportunities for audience growth, collaborations, and community engagement.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, partnerships).
Content Ideation & Management
- Lead content ideation and planning across social media, podcast, newsletters, and video platforms.
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar, aligning topics with trends, initiatives, and brand goals.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce and post content.
- Write or edit captions, scripts, and post copy that align with brand voice and tone.
Partnerships & Brand Deals
- Research and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Negotiate and coordinate deliverables for brand deals, ensuring alignment with brand integrity.
- Maintain communication with partners, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of content obligations.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate shoots, recording days, and creative sessions between Dr. Masterson and the content team.
- Oversee timelines and deliverables from ideation to final post.
- Ensure content across all platforms remains cohesive, relevant, and high-quality.
Community Engagement
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and represent the brand voice authentically.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, audio trends, and algorithm changes to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or social media strategy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling.
- Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships preferred.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms.
- Creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Month-over-month growth in followers, reach, and engagement.
- Timely completion of all brand deals and deliverables.
- Increased cross-platform consistency and content quality.
- Positive growth in brand collaborations and earned media presence.
