CDR ProSource is seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our dynamic team at a galvanizing facility in Citronelle, AL . The ideal candidate will assist in various production processes, helping ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and effectively. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical labor, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Job Details
Location: Citronelle, AL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Duties
- Receive, handle, and move heavy metal parts throughout the facility.
- Clean and prepare metal parts by removing rust, corrosion, and other surface impurities.
- Assist with the galvanizing and coating processes.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly, fabrication, and production tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and industrial safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Previous galvanizing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
