- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, managing entry activity, and supporting security-related needs at the location.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Maintain visitor logs, badge activity records, and other required documentation related to access requests, deliveries, and temporary credentials.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, lobby areas, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
