What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, managing entry activity, and supporting security-related needs at the location.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Maintain visitor logs, badge activity records, and other required documentation related to access requests, deliveries, and temporary credentials.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, lobby areas, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
