What we're looking for in a Service writer:- Educate clients about the company's products, services and offers.
- Assists in the appraisal and quotes of repair work coming into the shop and discusses with service manager the service required, both in parts and labor.
- Assists in scheduling shop assignments, field service work, and requirements for pickup and delivery of equipment.
- Take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
- Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
- MUST HAVE Mechanical knowledge
- Great customer service experience
