Summary:
The Night Shift Metal Fabrication Superintendent will be the driving force behind overnight production—ensuring that every weld, cut, and assembly meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll lead a skilled team of fabricators, machinists, and technicians, setting the tone for accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee all night shift fabrication operations, including welding, cutting, forming, and assembly
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled tradespeople to maximize performance and engagement
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a culture where safety comes first
• Monitor production schedules and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and day shift leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Drive process improvements that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality
