Provide critical emergency care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room setting, utilizing the Nursing Process aligned with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital protocols. This role demands strong clinical judgment, leadership, and the ability to prioritize and delegate patient care effectively to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to Emergency Department patients using evidence-based nursing practices.
• Employ critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs and plan safe, efficient care.
• Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and certification renewals.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff and assist with delegation of responsibilities based on staff skill levels.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Current Alabama RN license (must be included with application).
• American Heart Association ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (must be attached; RQI not accepted).
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required (must be attached).
• Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
