What will you do? Make an impact!

We’re looking for an experienced IHS Manager to lead operations at our busy transportation terminal. If you have a strong background in maritime logistics, enjoy managing people and solving problems, and want to play a key role in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily terminal operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and service

• Coordinate truck, driver, barge, tanker, and tug schedules

• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers

• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• Manage inventory and track the distribution of goods

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of terminal staff

• Oversee equipment maintenance and readiness

• Manage terminal budget and report on key metrics

Do you have what it takes?

• 10+ years of experience in the maritime industry

• 5+ years of experience managing people

• Marine vessel fueling and over-the-water operations experience

• Working knowledge of USCG regulations

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
