**Job Description** Our Platform Software Team within OHD is responsible for firmware, software, OS integration and product quality engineering for all Oracle Cloud server products as well as the server building blocks for our Exadata product line. We work closely with our internal customer partners to deliver best-in-class products in a fast-paced and exciting environment. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a demonstrated successful track record for delivering complex, cross-functional projects to join our team. You will be part of a team that is improving the delivery efficacy of our software through the creation and application of process automation, while also managing the delivery of that software end-to-end. We are looking for a candidate who has a customer-centric mindset that they leverage to motivate and inspire their team to action. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a technical background who is highly effective in a collaborative environment that crosses business, legal, technical staff, and program managers across multiple departments to deliver effectively against commitments. Challenges and opportunities are abundant in this role as you apply your experience to the further refinement of our process workflows and development of automation to increase reporting transparency and delivery efficiency to help our internal customers and their end customers be successful. **Responsibilities** + Work with cross-functional program managers and engineering teams to develop SW roadmaps and delivery schedules + Define new process to streamline collaboration between stakeholders, particularly around process automation + Build effective communication channels to communicate schedules, priorities, status, and risk to various functional stakeholders at all levels of the company + Influence teams and build relationships across disciplines and organizations + Translate strategic plans into execution plans and be accountable to drive them to completion + Look for process definition and improvement opportunities and lead others in adhering to existing processes and contributing to their improvement Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11. Paid parental leave 12.
