🚀 Champion product excellence and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be the key link between new product development, supplier quality, and production, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Support new product quality by serving on development teams, writing/executing test plans, and ensuring products are ready for production.
✅ Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) process, implementing effective corrective actions internally and with suppliers.
✅ Conduct supplier audits, interface on quality issues, and evaluate defective parts to ensure compliance and drive supplier performance.
✅ Develop, document, and implement robust quality systems in accordance with domestic and international standards.
✅ Utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis) to lead problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
✅ Provide technical support for receiving inspection and contribute to monthly performance reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
✅ Support environmental initiatives by integrating greener practices and considerations into the quality and product development processes.

What You Bring to the Role

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
🔹 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing or related industry.
🔹 Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, systems, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO).
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
🔹 Preferred: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making and build critical cross-functional relationships.
🔹 Preferred: Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement techniques.
🔹 Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
