Local applicants only: you must be within commuting distance of Northport or Meridian and able to start in-person . Hybrid/remote becomes an option after onboarding + licensing . Interview scheduling starts immediately after you apply.

- Start in-person (Northport or Meridian): learn the workflow liveappointments, paperwork, follow-up, coaching.
- Hybrid after onboarding + licensing: once youre licensed and consistent, hybrid becomes an option.
- No degree required: we hire for communication, organization, and follow-through.
- No experience needed: we train you, coach you daily, and provide leads to startthen teach you how to build your own pipeline.
- Connect with people who requested information
- Qualify needs (ask questions, document details)
- Present options clearly (life + supplemental health)
- Enroll (complete applications, submit clean paperwork)
- Follow up (fix missing items, support clients after enrollment)
- Leads provided to start (plus training to generate your own)
- Daily coaching: scripts, role-plays, call feedback
- A repeatable appointment workflow (same structure each appointment)
- Life & Health licensing support (required costs covered)
- Appointments completed
- Clean applications submitted (accuracy matters)
- Follow-up completed (clients supported + retention)
- Step 1: quick scheduling (youll see times right away)
- Step 2: 30-minute interview covering role + expectations + Q&A
- Step 3: licensing + onboarding plan (if were aligned)
Is this W-2 hourly/salary? No its 1099 and performance-based. We provide leads + training + daily coaching; you run the process and get paid on results.
Do I need experience or a degree? No we train (no degree required).
Do I need a license? Yes we help you get it (costs covered).
Do you provide leads? Yes and we train you to generate your own. Schedule & location Full-time | MondayFriday (optional Saturdays)
