The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close process, and assisting with financial reporting and operational analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support financial statement preparation and management reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed
• Partner with operations to improve accounting processes and financial visibility
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred
• Experience in construction or real estate industries is a plus
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
