Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in banking and then spent 18 months as a team member in another agency, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University. I’m married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. We’re highly involved in the community, supporting local schools, participating in church activities, and engaging in events like Earth Day and the Home and Garden Show. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brody Jackson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
