We are seeking a Office/Warehouse supervisor to join our team!
Job Description:
- Answer phone - interact with customers, help with walk-in customers.
- Receiving - check in tools that come by UPS, our truck or customer drop off. Check tool numbers and quantities against Purchase Orders or Packing lists.
- Quote - Put together after receiving incoming tools.
- Order - Convert the quote to an order after receiving the PO number to start manufacturing.
- Invoice - Inform and invoice the customer when the order is ready to ship.
- Shipping - check tool numbers and quantities against the packing list, package order for pick up or ship using UPS software.
- Receiving - log in purchased items in the software and distribute to the proper location.
- Purchasing - go through orders and expedite past due, prepare orders for tools that need to be sent to the coater, checking tools against PO before shipping.
- Marking - use a laser marker to put the tool number and company logo on tools we manufacture.
- Hours - 6:00-4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch, Monday - Thursday
