The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is one of the most strategic positions within the company’s senior leadership team, responsible for developing and driving the company’s medium‑to‑long‑term growth strategies, business expansion, capital partnerships, and innovative growth initiatives. Job Requirements Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Over 10 years of experience in finance, asset management, investment banking, or strategic consulting; Extensive experience in capital operations, strategic planning, and cross‑departmental project management; Familiarity with international financial market operations and a deep understanding of emerging fintech and digital asset sectors; Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic execution skills; Outstanding leadership and cross‑cultural team management experience; International perspective and fluent English.
