As a Quality Group Manager - CPR Testing (Collections Platform Replacement) within PNC's Retail Lending Platform organization. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional Overview: The candidate should possess a strong knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, with specific knowledge and experience in the planning, designing and execution of testing. Working knowledge of various testing methodologies (automated -vs- manual) as well as specific tools/technologies (JIRA, Cucumber, Selenium), preferred. Ability to work independently as well as with a team, and strong communication skills are desired. Experience in testing automation and leading complex programs is highly desired. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quite, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. **Job Description** + Responsible for the establishment and oversight of the quality program execution across multiple businesses/groups within the organization. Defines and communicates strategy to quality teams. Leads managers and/or people and serves as a senior quality advocate for the program within the larger organization. + Establishes the quality program and strategies; maintains and enhances the existing program to support various businesses in managing risk and quality standards. Oversees the resolution of escalated issues. Leads, manages and develops multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to insure that quality standards are met. + Oversees an effective control framework across multiple businesses/groups within the organization. Provide risk and quality expertise while working with business and other risk partners (eg. Compliance, ERM, Legal, Audit, ETS). Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results. + Leads the initiation and follow-up of corrective action requests and preventive measures to achieve cost of quality targets. Investigates and addresses root causes and trends with internal and external non-conformances. + Determines talent strategy in partnership with human resources. Leads, manages, motivates and develops multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Education** Bachelors **Certifications** No Required Certification(s) **Licenses** No Required License(s) **Pay Transparency** Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $165,600.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
