Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for educators with a passion for supporting elementary students in special education. The position is a contract role based in Huntsville, AL, designed for teachers licensed in Special Education for grades K-6 or PK-3. The role provides a stable, full-time schedule with 37.5 hours across 5 days weekly, starting as soon as possible.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working in school environments
- Valid Special Education licensure for K-6 or PK-3 levels
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support for elementary students with special needs
- Collaborate with school staff and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by educational standards

- Huntsville, Alabama - serving elementary age group
