ONSITE STAFFING COORDINATOR

Monday-Friday

Pay Rate

$50,000.00 annually

Onsite Staffing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.

• Process payroll, oversee timekeeping, and handle workers’ compensation reporting.

• Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.

• Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.

• Check in new employees at the start of each shift.

• Listen to and apply constructive criticism.

Onsite Staffing Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements

• Bilingual preferred

• Full- cycle staffing required.

• A background as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility is essential. Experience in

HR, team building, customer service, and proficiency with computer systems is also required.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and handle

employee relations with empathy and professionalism.

• The ability to think on your feet, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes continually.

Full-time, temporary
