OVERVIEWWe are seeking a warm, proactive and service-driven Client Experience Specialist to join our team in our Huntsville, AL office. In this role, you'll create exceptional experiences for clients and employees alike-whether you're greeting visitors, keeping the office running smoothly, or supporting our team behind the scenes. RESPONSIBILITIESSet the Standard for First ImpressionsWarmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.Bring Events to LifeAssist with office events including holiday parties, team gatherings, and other special occasions.Arrange lunch and dinner reservations for client meetings, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled.Keep the Office Running SmoothlyMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment with well-stocked supplies and properly prepared meeting rooms.Manage office inventory, fulfill supply orders, and complete employee maintenance requests in a timely manner.Coordinate with building management on HVAC, reservations, facility issues, and special events.Manage mail, deliveries and shippingSupport Our TeamProvide broad administrative support including answering phones, facilitating communications, and assisting with marketing events and project mailings.Tracking office related expenses, utilizing our expense tracking software (Concur).Handle sensitive client, personnel, and firm information with the highest level of discretionEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSA bachelor's degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or client experience role. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
