You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset. **Effective January 2026, this will be a Non-MIP FT Sales Management position with an enhanced sales incentive plan.** **Key Responsibilities** **Prospecting and Lead Generation** + Identify and research potential clients through various channels. + Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods. + Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns. **Value Analysis and Presentation** + Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our products/services and highlight their value proposition. + Effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients. **Market and Product Communication** + Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. + Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs. **Sales Strategy and Planning** + Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. + Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. **Negotiation and Closing** + Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure new business. + Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. **Collaboration** + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience. **Qualifications** + Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition. + Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. + Willing to travel. + Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). + Applicants must be currently located in the same geographic area as the position or willing to self-relocate, as relocation assistance is not available. **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
