Join Group providing care in a skilled nursing facility in Mobile, AL
Contribute to care planning, policy development, staff education, and regulatory readiness
Manage medications, oversee compliance with federal/state regulations, and support interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver high-quality, respectful care including admissions, routine visits, and as-needed evaluations
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards
Active Alabama medical license, DEA registration, CME compliance, and prior skilled nursing or leadership experience preferred
