With two locations in town, we bring the charm of a French patisserie to our community, offering an upscale yet approachable experience for all who walk through our doors.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Le Macaron, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while assisting customers in selecting their favorite French pastries. This role requires flexibility, as you’ll be trained to work at both of our café locations and may be asked to support either as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide product recommendations and share knowledge about our pastries and offerings.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Restock displays and ensure products are presented beautifully.
• Support both café locations as needed, following training at both.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work at both of our café locations as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
