CDL-A Truck Driver / Owner-Operator – Based in Foley, Alabama – Run Nationwide
Join our team as an Owner-Operator or CDL-A Driver and take control of your driving career! We operate coast-to-coast across all 48 states and are looking for experienced drivers who value independence, flexibility, and being part of a professional team. Whether you drive car haulers or flatbeds, we provide the equipment, support, and pay structure to help you succeed.
What We Offer:
- Runs across all 48 states
- Pay: 28–32% of gross, based on driver experience and load type
- Weekly pay (Monday–Monday via ACH transfer)
- Home time: 1 month on the road / 7 days at home (flexible resets at home)
- Bonuses: Clean inspections and driver referrals
- Orientation: 4 weeks on the road, 7 days home
- Trailer/Equipment:
- 9-car hauler (Peterbilt, Western Star, 13-speed manual)
- 7-car hauler (Freightliner, Volvo, automatic)
- 53’ flatbed (Freightliner Cascadia)
- Trailers: 80’ easy-load Lohr & Cottrell, 7-car Wally Mo, flatbed
- Fleet age: 2020–2026, with heater-equipped sleeper trucks
- ELD system: Friendly
- Additional benefits: Paid detention, extra stops, layovers, inspections, occupational accident coverage ($178/month + $40 TVC), after-hours dispatch support
- Travel expenses covered for Uber, flights, hotels during assignments
Driver Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license with at least 1 year of experience
- Clean driving record
- Immigration status verified
- Safety-minded and dependable
- Experience with manual and automatic trucks, car haulers, or flatbeds preferred
- Ability to load/unload freight as needed
Compensation / Fees:
- Car Hauler escrow: $5,000 (refundable 60 days after leaving)
- Flatbed escrow: $2,500
- Accident deduction: $5,000
