We are seeking a skilled, service-minded Broadband Network Administrator to help power our continued growth. What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a technically skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and possesses the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of network administration experience, preferably in broadband, telecommunications, or ISP environments with strong working knowledge of enterprise IP networks, routing, switching, firewalls, and fiber technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and mentor others

Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Juniper Junos, or Adtran GPON are a plus!

What You'll Do:

As our Broadband Network Administrator, you'll help ensure the reliability and performance of the Central Access network while supporting future growth:

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize the Central Access network to ensure high performance, security, and reliability
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, fiber transport systems, and access equipment
• Investigate alerts, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions and maintain network stability
• Provide advanced technical support and serve as a subject matter resource for Network and Field Technicians
• Assist with network design, capacity planning, documentation, and participate in on-call rotation and emergency restoration activities

Beyond the technology, you'll also share knowledge and mentor coworkers to strengthen the team and ensure everyone grows together.
