This contract position offers the chance to support K-12 students—primarily at the elementary level—over the school year, with work beginning August 6th and concluding May 27th. The schedule is flexible, with availability for 2-3 days a week, and options for full-time for the right candidate. You’ll provide crucial behavioral support, with a focus on functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP), directly impacting student growth and school success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-12 or elementary-aged students
• Strong background in FBAs and BIPs, including assessment and implementation
• Proven collaboration skills—ability to consult with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adaptability to work part-time or transition to full-time as needs evolve
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments for students referred by school teams
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans
• Providing direct behavioral services and support on-site at elementary campuses
• Collaborating with educators and families to develop effective strategies
• Training and supporting school staff to ensure fidelity of plan implementation
• Collecting and analyzing data to inform interventions and track outcomes
