As a Team Member, your duties will include:

· Enthusiastically greet all guests with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" when they enter the restaurant

· Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests

· Handling guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest's dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return

· Keeping the restaurant clean and appealing for all guests

· Maintaining high food quality and safety standards

-Team members will partake in Tip sharing each payroll

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized regularly.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
• Familiarity with Qu or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the kitchen and service areas.
