Are you ready to get your hands dirty creating stunning showroom experiences? As Assistant Visual Operations Manager, you will help set up and install showrooms, manage temp labor, and handle inventory transfers, shipping, and receiving. This is a physical, hands-on role supporting visual operations across showrooms and the marketing warehouse.

What You Do

• Manages order writing SCT’s, tracking, shipping and receiving showroom inventory as well as product sample inventory, marketing materials, special projects inventory, excess inventory transfers to company owned retail stores and outlets.
• Implements movements and inventory from warehouse to and from showrooms and contract shows.
• Conducts visits to showrooms before and after trade shows to account for inventory movements such as freshening up the showroom with new products or removing discontinued products.
• Coordinates cycle counts and conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Partners with photo and video team for White Room support.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed in the warehouse, White Room, and showrooms.
• Assists with special events such as Garden Party set up, Christmas party set up, etc.
• Assists the Visual Operations Manager with various tasks.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience in project/marketing management preferred.
• Warehouse or showroom experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Ability to lift or team lift 50 lbs and travel 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated dedication to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management skills.
• Clear MVR/driving history.
• Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with overtime expected while traveling).
