Job Summary

An experienced and strategic Project Manager is needed to lead well testing and flowback market assessment, with a history of P&L responsibility across land, deep water, and jack-up operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, the ability to create strategic plans for market penetration, and an executive-level understanding of the industry.

Job Description

• Well Testing and Flowback Expertise:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of well testing and flowback operations, including equipment, procedures, and data interpretation for various well types and environments
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the strategies and approaches of key companies within the sector, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
• P&L Knowledge:
  • Able to revise and estimate the financial performance (profit and loss) for well testing and flowback projects
• Business Acumen:
  • Apply business management principles to project execution, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
• Strategic Market Planning:
  • Develop strategic plans for market entry, including identifying market pathways, assessing pros and cons, and evaluating competitive landscapes.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure successful project delivery
• Started with Engineer and P&L, knows how to run the business, knows how competitors operate, and how customers hide services
• Technical Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Should have managed P&L for well testing/flowback
• Soft Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans for market penetration and growth; excellent communication and leadership skills
• Oil & Gas background (Preferred)
• English-proficient

Skills Required

• Proven experience (15+ years, executive experience desired) in well testing and flowback operations (Onshore, offshore – Shallow and DW), including leadership roles with P&L responsibilities
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Should have managed P&L for well testing/flowback
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans for market penetration and growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree within an appropriate Engineering/Science discipline or a bachelor’s degree

Additional Requirements

• Shift Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate/Salary

• $90.00 - 98.00/hr.
