General Laborer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:30pm )

• Support renovation and construction projects by performing general labor tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the job site.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area through debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely while following all required safety protocols.
• Perform basic demolition and assembly tasks as directed by supervisors.

General Laborer Qualifications:

• No formal education requirements; prior general labor or construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate strong reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds and using basic tools.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE at all times.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
