As you guide students in strengthening their communication skills, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and families, working full-time (35 hours per week) across multiple assignments. Flexibility and a student-centered mindset will be key, as specific caseloads will be determined in collaboration with the district following your interview.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Valid or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work directly with students and support their academic and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and documentation per school and legal guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and related staff to optimize outcomes for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to team decisions regarding student support.
