We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in structural steel to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of exciting and many high-profile projects throughout North America!

This is an office position (Monday - Friday) with some travel to job sites as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects and ensure they are used effectively and efficiently
• Provide guidance to onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, regulatory agencies, and clients
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure reasonable order costs
• Promote safe and healthy work practices to mitigate risks on project sites
• Invoice suppliers and authorize payments to subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate fabrication activities with shop superintendents
• Arrange and schedule shipments
• Travel to assigned job sites as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous project management experience within structural steel, 2-3 years preferred;
• Experience managing projects without compromising safety or quality;
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management; Engineering; Business or related field preferred;
• Familiarity with construction management software;
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
• Deadline and detail-oriented to meet schedule;
