Position: ALLIED-Certified Cath Lab Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment and technology.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the lab.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care.

• Document patient information and procedures accurately and timely.

• Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and care.

Experience/Qualifications

• Must hold an ALLIED certification for Cath Lab Technicians.

• Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic Cath Lab procedures.

• Proficient in monitoring patient vitals and responding to changes.

• Eagerness to learn and implement best practices for patient care.

• Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the Cath Lab.

• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and physicians.

• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Cath Lab equipment.

• Strong communication skills with patients regarding procedures.

• Ability to document patient information accurately and timely.
