Activities Assistant / Front Desk Assistant
Every other Saturday and Sunday 7AM-3PM .
We are currently accepting applications for an Activities Assistant / Front Desk Assistant within our assisted living facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families.
We are a subsidiary of Crowne Health Care, an Alabama-based system of family-owned nursing facilities. We pride ourselves on our competitive wages and the high number of long-term committed employees.

Requirements:
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, and use fine hand coordination.
- Read and write in English.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Remain calm under stress.
- Must pass background and drug screen
- Activities experience preferred
Job Functions:
- Help residents get to and from activities.
- Conduct activities and perform front desk duties
- Encourage participation in programs.
- Assist with outings and in-room activities.
- Create bulletin boards and decorations.
- Complete necessary documentation.
- Monitor residents' needs and report changes.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and respect.
- Report any safety concerns.
