This contract role runs from ASAP through May 23, 2026, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development. The position focuses on a learning center caseload of 49 students, including many younger learners (5th grade or below) alongside some high school students with high needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to a high-need caseload within a school setting
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress and communication skills
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports on student outcomes
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and customize interventions accordingly
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Location: Springville, AL
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Onsite work required; hybrid or voice-over-child options may be negotiable upon discussion
