Senior Living Receptionist

PRN/Part-Time

Shift: 7:30am - 4pm (potentially up to 20hrs/wk.)

• Answer the telephone.

• Maintains the front office area in a neat and organized manner.

• Provides administrative support to all departments on a as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED

• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)

• A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.

• Prior multi-line phone experience.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
