Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Account Representative to build strong customer relationships while providing outstanding account support and service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve routine customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of account activities and customer interactions.
• Support customer satisfaction and account retention initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
