Months/Years of Experience: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
discipline from an accredited college/university and 6 years of experience analyzing results of
tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting
findings to team members and management; or an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related
discipline from an accredited college/university and 8 years of applicable experience; or 10 years
of applicable experience; or 10 years of applicable military experience performing engineering,
analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military
equipment and systems.

Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Desired Qualifications: Experience with military operational culture and terminology, especially
in missile defense, highly desired. Ability to understand government networking language and
operations. Technical experience in network traffic a plus. Insight and comprehension of
Modeling and Simulation capabilities preferred.

Skills Needed: Leadership, briefing skills, professional presentation to customer.

Duties: Candidate will lead a diverse team of professionals in support of critical enabling
technologies and capabilities which address immediate, near-term, and mid-term threats to
support the Army’s modernization efforts. Candidate will oversee operational metrics, funding
details, and personnel operations within this unique environment and ensure customer is briefed
on a regular basis.
