Project Management Director - Data Center

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts, including budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting. Manage billing, revenue recognition documentation, accounts receivable, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA before allocations.
• Engage with clients to ensure goals are established and achieved; develop and implement accurate variances; anticipate and respond to client needs and concerns.
• Manage and lead project management staff in the market; ensure understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures. Mentor, train, and motivate direct reports and work groups.
• Develop new business growth and maintain existing relationships; pursue business opportunities, integrate with other CBRE lines of business, and cross-sell.
• Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout.
• Lead constructability reviews; develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for clients and the company.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BArch or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex business documents, write reports, and deliver effective presentations to employees, clients, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to analyze financial data and develop innovative solutions; ability to manage department budgets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop strategic solutions in a growing matrix-based environment.
