General Manager
Red Light Method Huntsville is seeking a health-conscious individual to oversee all studio functions from sales and staffing to daily operations. REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Sales experience - wellness/fitness industry preferred
- Confident in closing sales
- Ability to manage and drive revenue streams
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills on the phone and via email
- Ability to adapt in a fast changing, diverse environment and recognize areas of improvement to benefit the business
- An affinity and passion for holistic health and wellness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
DUTIES:
- Lead generation including networking and grassroots marketing, including events with partners
- Manage leads to generate membership sales
- Wrap and unwrap members in private treatment rooms; must be comfortable with clients in various states of undress with a sheet covering them
- Oversee and manage all equipment
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Demonstrate proficiency in Walla, including report generation
- Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
- Collect outstanding balances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Order, restock, and organize studio supplies
- Enforce Red Light Method policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Other duties as assigned
Starting salary of $50,000 + membership incentive increase; eligible for medical benefits and paid time off; 40-hours per week in-studio required
