**What You'll Do:**
+ Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards, providing customer service to clients and visitors.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
+ Maintain awareness of the surrounding environment and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns according to established protocols.
+ Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, addressing questions and providing information as needed.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during assigned shifts.
+ Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and local authorities as required by site-specific procedures.
+ Handle access control responsibilities, verifying identification and permissions for entry where required by location protocols.
+ Maintain and carry assigned firearms in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies, using them only as authorized and trained.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ An active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required.
+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
