**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards within the location.
+ Work closely with location management and staff to address security-related needs and support a positive environment for visitors and employees.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal policies and client expectations.
+ Assist with access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
